Accounting · Tax · Payroll · CFO

Your finance function, connected from transaction to decision.

Growth CFO Services gives startups, scaleups and established SMEs one accountable team for the work beneath the numbers and the decisions above them. Engage one service or connect all four around a shared close calendar, data set and management rhythm.

Clear ownership

One operating model. No blurred responsibilities.

Each workstream has a defined owner and handoff. The exact scope is documented before the engagement begins, including what your team must provide and what remains with legal counsel, auditors, banks or other specialists.

How we start

A controlled handover, then a repeatable monthly rhythm.

  1. 01

    Scope the reality

We map entities, systems, filing status, payroll population, close quality and decision needs. Any backlog or material uncertainty is surfaced before pricing is finalised.

  2. 02

    Design ownership

We agree the responsibility matrix, document cut-offs and approvals, set secure access, and build the statutory and management calendar.

  3. 03

    Transition safely

Opening balances, authorisations, employee data and outstanding actions are reconciled with your previous provider or internal team.

  4. 04

    Run and improve

Recurring work follows an agreed cadence. Exceptions are escalated early, outputs are stored consistently and the process improves as the business changes.

Before we work together

Questions clients ask when consolidating finance work.

Do we have to outsource all four services?
No. Each service can stand alone. Where another provider remains involved, we define the handoff, data format and deadline so there is no ambiguity between teams.
Can you take over from our existing accountant or payroll provider?
Yes. We use a controlled transition checklist covering authorisations, balances, filings, open issues, employee data and system access. We do not assume the opening position is correct until it is reconciled.
What size of business is the model designed for?
It is designed for startups, scaleups and SMEs that need stronger ownership than a basic compliance relationship but do not want to build every finance capability in-house. Fit depends more on complexity and management needs than turnover alone.
Do you only work with companies in Athens?
No. We are based in Athens and work with businesses across Greece and remotely across Europe. We have not created city-by-city service pages because the delivery model and scope do not change by postcode.
