Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Growth CFO Services (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this website or contact us, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Greek Law 4624/2019.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is GROWTH CFO SERVICES L.P., trading as Growth CFO Services, with registered office at [Registered address — pending], Athens, Greece, Γ.Ε.ΜΗ. 191587303000, VAT 803185789. You can reach us at any time at info@growthcfoservices.gr for any question about this policy or your data.
2. What data we collect
- Contact details you give us. When you email us or use the contact form: your name, company, email address and the content of your message. Form submissions are stored securely on servers within the EU, so that we can respond and keep a record of enquiries.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of access) for security and troubleshooting. These are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify you.
- Consent preferences. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not run analytics, advertising or social-media trackers on this website, and we do not collect special categories of personal data.
3. Why we process your data and on what legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and take steps before entering a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- To keep the website secure and technically available — our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- To meet legal and tax obligations under Greek law (e.g. invoicing and accounting records) — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Where you have given consent (e.g. optional cookies, if ever introduced) — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is processed only by the service providers needed to operate this site and our email (hosting and email providers), bound by data-processing agreements. Where a provider is located outside the EU/EEA, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 GDPR.
5. How long we keep your data
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows — in which case records are kept as long as required by Greek tax and commercial law. Server logs are retained for a short, technically necessary period.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy;
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability, where applicable;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any right, email info@growthcfoservices.gr. We respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), Kifisias 1–3, 115 23 Athens, Greece, tel. +30 210 6475 600, www.dpa.gr.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (encrypted connections, access limitation, data minimisation) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
8. Children
This website and our services are addressed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date.
